HR ADVISOR and Support

HR ADVISOR is a flexible, just-in-time NXTLevel service that provides your company with the value of having a senior HR executive on staﬀ for a fraction of the cost of a full-time employee. We serve as an HR ADVISOR to companies throughout southeastern Wisconsin.

Our HR ADVISOR program is an excellent way to engage NXTLevel Consulting as an ongoing business partner. We oﬀer this service on a subscription basis for a low monthly investment. As we work together, any larger-scale projects or engagements can be quoted separately.

NXTSTEP 360

NXTLevel also offers a 360-feedback talent-development process.

NXTSTEP 360 is a development process in which an individuals receive conﬁdential, anonymous feedback from the people they work with. It is one of the most eﬀective talent development methods.

The process involves between 6-12 colleagues which includes the individual, his or her manager, peers and direct reports. The data collection process is fully automated and includes questions that are measured on a rating scale, as well as open-ended questions.

Critical to the process is a feedback interpretation meeting with the individual to gain insight into the data, and to increase self-awareness of not only the person's strengths but also opportunities for further development.

A targeted development plan that includes dates, resources and accountabilities is established to focus on the 2-3 most impactful improvement behaviors or competencies.
